Business Analytics Textbook Bundle: Loose-leaf 4th Edition + MindTap 1-Term Access Card - Perfect for MBA Students & Data Analysis Professionals

I purchased this product in advance in April. My class has now started. I’m so disappointed to find the card already had the code scratched and is being used by another user. When I received the package it was completely wrapped. I thought it was odd it was wrapped twice. The first was a wrap around the whole book and the card closed by tape. Within that wrap was the actual text material wrapped. Text material looks new and completely unused but the whole purpose of purchasing this with the Mindtap access is the actual access to that system.
